How Large Group Hibachi Works
10-25 Guests: Live Hibachi Show
The traditional experience — guests sit around the grill, watch the fire show, and eat fresh food as it comes off the grill. Everyone gets the full teppanyaki entertainment experience.
30-200+ Guests: Buffet Style
For groups over 30, we switch to buffet-style service. This means:
- Multiple cooking stations operating simultaneously
- Professional chafing dishes keep food hot
- All proteins pre-cooked fresh and displayed in stations
- Guests serve themselves at their own pace
- A live fire show can still be performed as entertainment before/during dinner
- All guests served within 30-45 minutes (vs. 2+ hours for individual service)

Note: For buffet-style events, we do NOT provide tables and chairs (guests typically already have them at the venue, or rent them separately). For the live hibachi show format (under 30), tables and chairs ARE included.
Space Requirements for Large Events
- 30-50 guests: ~400 sq ft for cooking/buffet stations + seating area
- 50-100 guests: ~600 sq ft for stations + seating
- 100-200 guests: ~1000 sq ft for multiple stations + seating
