Our hibachi at home experience starts at $55 per person with a 10-person minimum. This includes the chef, fire show, food, setup, and cleanup. Premium upgrades like Filet Mignon (+$8) and Lobster Tail (+$10) are available.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests within 24-48 hours depending on availability. Weekends fill up fast, especially during summer.

What do I need to provide?

Almost nothing. All you need is a flat outdoor space (patio, driveway, garage, or lawn) and access to electricity if you want lighting. We bring the grill, propane, all food, plates, utensils, and handle complete setup and cleanup. Tables and chairs are available if needed.

Can you cook inside my vacation rental?

We set up outside — on the patio, balcony, deck, driveway, or garage with the door open. For safety, we always cook in well-ventilated outdoor spaces. The dining area can be inside or outside depending on your preference.

Is this a restaurant?

No. Firehouse Hibachi is a mobile hibachi catering company. Chef Liu travels to your location with everything needed for a complete private hibachi experience. We are not a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
